Exchange and shipping policies (english)
Exchanges and returns:
All items are exchangeable,
but not refundable.
To confirm your eligibility for the exchange, please read the policies and contact us by email: email@example.com
Product exchange policies:
- The item must have never been worn (except when tried on);
-The item must have never been washed;
-The item must be in perfect condition;
- We must receive the item at our Montreal warehouse 30 days after the shipment arrived at your door;
-The tags and hygiene strips must still be on.
If all those conditions are respected,
we can proceed to an exchange with an item of the same value or a gift card.
When sending the package (containing the item to be returned) to our warehouse, the shipping costs are to be covered by the client.
Lilunderwear will take care of the fees when sending back the new product.
*** Take good note that we are a new growing company, so we add sizes and styles frequently!
Promo code :
The customer is responsible for adding the desired promo code during checkout. No reduction or refund will be applicable.
